What is Kip's cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before an appointment. Late cancellations are charged at 100% of the full session rate.

Clients are free to discontinue therapy and/or cancel any future appointments, though we do ask for a 48-hour notice. If clients are considering ending therapy, it can be helpful to discuss this with their therapist. Sometimes clients will decide to continue therapy - for example, if therapy can be recalibrated to the client's needs - but even in cases where the decision is to terminate, the client has the opportunity to consolidate what they've worked on so far, and the therapist can offer recommendations, referrals, or resources as needed.
When the client does decide to stop therapy, Kip has an open door, and clients are welcome to reinitiate therapy with the same therapist or any other Kip therapist at any time.
