How does Kip measure my progress in therapy?
Research shows that therapy is up to 60% more effective when therapists measure progress.
We measure progress on the Kip app in two main ways:
- Outcome tracking with standard assessments such as the PHQ-9 or DASS-21, taken at weekly or bi-weekly intervals
- Tracking of moods and/or symptoms on a regular basis
At your first session, you and your therapist will work together to set goals for your care. Your therapist will then set you up with a care plan that you can access on your mobile Kip app. This includes assignments and surveys that both help measure outcomes and capture data in-between sessions to make your work together more collaborative and effective.
